We are half way through Bootcamp IV and I am dead chuffed with the progress everyone is making.
We did our half way Fit test’s last week and EVERYONE smashed there previous results to bits!!!
If you’ve done Bootcamp before you will know that when you sign up to Boot Camp, each week you receive a workout of the week that not only do we do at the start of week but is also your home workout on your days off!!
By doing these workouts plus BOOTCAMP SESSIONS & BOOTCAMP NUTRITIONAL DO’S & DON’T YOU WILL SEE BIG RESULTS. INCLUDING:

Workout of the week 40/20 circuit:
What to do: You simply do the exercises below each for 40 seconds followed by 20 seconds rest. You count up your total score from these exercises. Try it a let me know your totals!!! I would like to see 100+
The Exercises: Squat jumps, Press ups, Crunches, Burpees, Alternate back stepping lunge. Now as a BootCamp trainee you will know how to modify some of the above exercises if too difficult. If not post a comment below.
