Hey Guys! Back again for this weeks Masterclass with our Head Body Transformation Coach Jamie Houghton who gives us a couple of tips on how to accelerate your results that little bit more!

Patience. Patience. There’s not enough patience when it comes to weight loss. It is very easy to walk into a gym for the first time, have a goal whether its to lose 30lbs or 50lbs and give up because they hadn’t seen in change in 2 weeks or even sometimes a month. Jamie tells us how we can be and stay patient whilst getting results.

Likewise, you’ve decided you want to turn over a new leaf and start healthy eating. 3 weeks in, so far, so good. Then your nose is filled with the scent of oozing cheese dripping from that meat feast pizza from the takeaway nearby.
