Should big results require such big actions? Maybe breaking down your goal into smaller and more attainable and achievable steps could help you to get closer. However you should only take the necessary steps each day and do what’s relevant to achieve that goal!
Ask yourself, what is the one thing I must do today before anything else to get me closer to my goal. Perhaps picture yourself doing it the night before so it becomes realistic.
