BOOT CAMP IS BACK FOR 2011!!!
Firstly apologises for the delay in Fit4Life Boot Camp starting in 2011!
I’ve had loads of emails/enquires and people who literally can’t wait to get back into the Boot Camp regime!
I LOVE Boot Camp!
It’s Awesome; Group camaraderie, great fun, outdoors in fresh air and as many of you know, we do some seriously creative OUT OF THE BOX fitness training! The kinda training you will not find in one gym in the whole country! Even better, we suit it to all levels of fitness, age, gender etc etc
Well, although this email isn’t the official launch, I just wanted to give you a heads up.
If you’ve set yourself a few New Years resolutions to get fit & lose weight but haven’t even started on that conquest yet then this is the program for YOU!!!

Okay before you get too excited, remember this is just a heads up. I’m not taking any bookings just yet! Wait for the email, titled Boot Camp Launch and then seize the opportunity to sign up straight away!
PS. We are upping the intensity this year! We are adding one extra session to each week of boot camp. That’s three sessions per week! This is to achieve optimum results.
I have always advocated a minimum of 3 sessions per week in the past but I’ve left that third session down to you, to complete one of my workout’s of the week BUT many of you have been honest enough to tell me that you still have struggled to get the motivation to do that workout. Well, at least now you won’t have to worry about that!
PPS. The 3 sessions per week program will be optional. If two suits you better you can opt for this.
