Accumulator Workout

 

This workout is one of my favourite Boot Camp workouts!

Simple BUT very effective.

This is an awesome calorie burner.

Method: Simply perform each exercise for 30 seconds & rest for 30 seconds after each set.

However…we add an exercise to each set so you are doing back to back exercises until the end of the accumulator and you are doing six exercises no stopping!

Here are the exercises…

Press Ups

Rest 30 sec

Press Up, burpee

Rest 30 sec

Press Up, burpee, plank

Rest 30 sec

Press Up, burpee, plank, jump squat,

Rest 30 sec

Press Up, burpee, plank, jump squat, high knee drive,

Rest 30 sec

Press Up, burpee, plank, jump squats, high knee drive, get ups

1.5 mins recovery (slow jog)

Repeat the whole workout from the last exercise (Get Ups)

.EG. Get Ups,

Get Ups-High Knee Drive,

Get Ups-High Knee Drive, Jump Squats

etc etc!!!
