We’re in week TWO of BOOTCAMP VI and it is Rocking!!!
Last night one of my newbie Campers told me whilst following my bootcamp nutrition plan + attending the workouts she had lost 4Ibs in her first week!!!
Last night the focus was on creative training + improving the ratio of bodyweight to strength.
Ratio of bodyweight to strength? Yep, I’m talking pound for pound stuff – how much can we use our own bodyweight to our advantage???….forget all ya fancy gym equipment.
If you was at Bootcamp last night here is a taster of some of the things you would of been doing that no Leg Press or Chest Press machine in the gym could ever do!!!
Leg touch wrestling Press Up hold wrestling (touch your partners arms) Resisted squats & press ups Wheel Barrow race Dips on partners knees (whilst partner holds the bridge position!!!) Press Up to superman hold, tricep press ups, side to side press ups, air time press ups! Sit Up to claps 100M SPRINTS AND LOTS MORE!!!!! and that’s just a sample!!!
Last nights sessions was an intense 1.15mins. Equipment cost for session = £0.00 = CREATIVE TRAINING.
DON’T BE SUCKED IN BY FANCY EQUIPMENT THAT THEY TELL YOU WILL GIVE YOU SIX PACK ABS IN 5 MINUTES!!! YOUR BODY IS BETTER USE THAN ANY PIECE OF GYM EQUIPMENT, SO USE IT TO YOUR ADVANTAGE.
