Embracing The Chaos In The New Year!

Hello Fitties!

After a nice relaxing December it really has been back-with-a-bang in this first week of 2018!

On Jan 6th 2018, there was around 40 people super motivated about getting started on our all new level 2 nutrition coaching program we launched! – The 30 Day Reset.

The reset is essentially a bridge between clean whole food living (which is a fantastic start towards health and weight loss)

…to a Ketogenic (optimal fat burning) state.

If you’ve been on my email list for any amount of time you’ll know I am a big fan of the Keto diet however the transition for many people is too big a jump.

Right now I am WAAAAAY behind with my usual tasks because I am prioritising serving our current & new members alongside the two other biggest priorities in my life.

..1. My family and 2. My own health.

The reason I share this is coz I know I’m not alone in experiencing some Chaos!

But having a system/philosophy really helps with TWO things:

1. It helps prioritise the MOST important task (rather than the easiest)

2. It also takes the stress & anxiety away from NOT getting everything else done and never seeing that endless to do list get any shorter

Instead you choose to Embrace the chaos.

Now that doesn’t mean you won’t piss a few people off.

You will.

But listen.

That IS ok.

As the saying goes, “You will never please everyone”.

I made the mistake of trying to do that for too many years until I realised how much it was affecting my own health & happiness.

Embracing the Chaos simply means choosing to put yourself, your values, goals & dreams FIRST.

With (almost) a whole year ahead of us

that is advice I believe will serve you well.

Guard your time wisely my friend & embrace the chaos along the way!

How Can You Keep On Top Of Your Fat Loss Journey During Christmas?

Hey Guys! Todays Master Class is all about helping you discover what you want over Christmas! New Puppy? That new Pandora ring you saw the other day on the high street? A holiday away?

OR

Maybe you just want to be able to enjoy December without having to worry about gaining weight or falling off track because of all the yummy treats about to be thrown your way! No one, and I mean NO ONE wants to go through Christmas watching everyone else mount loads of food onto their plate whilst you’re left eating a measly Brussel Sprout. Well I’m telling you that it DOESN’T have to be like that. What if I told you Christmas CAN be enjoyable? What if I told you that you can still eat all the foods you want without having to worry about falling off the Diet-Wagon?

Because you can! But its not like a walk in the park.

You still have to be mindful of what you’re eating and your activity levels just like any other month, especially with those few extra temptations that are about to arise!

But first you have to ask yourself a few questions:

What is it that I want by the end of December?

What does that mean to me?

Is that fat loss goal still as important to me as it was when I started?

At Christmas it is very easy to fall off track, SO it is vital that you keeping on top of and track things. These things could be as simple as training sessions, reps, sets, litres of water intake, the naughties you’ve had.

Another way to help you is to inhibit daily habits to make December easier. For example these habits could be as simple as:

-Having a pint of water when you wake and making sure you’re drinking at least 3 Litres a day

-Incorporating home workouts

-Making sure you have a consistent sleeping pattern to ensure you have enough energy for next day

Hey Everyone! After a great mornings training, I’ve just had my self-journal out, setting my intentions for the week ahead & planning.

TOP 3 Intentions:
(incase you’re interested)

1. Get back on the Daily email

2. Train everyday

3. Drink 3 litres water plus supps

Key word above ^^ is ==> planning.

I’ve lost count how many times
a client told me, I just need to
plan better/more.

So what is stopping them/YOU?

Why do you keep putting off planning ahead?

Whether its, planning your food for the week?

or planning your workouts?

My guess is its the same reason I haven’t even looked at my SELF-JOURNAL for weeks

…it still hasn’t become a habit.

Simple as that.

When life gets busy/stressful etc only “habits” will keep you on track.

The 2nd prize to habits is SELF-AWARENESS.

Having self-awareness of when things are getting a little out of control is what enables you to take positive action FAST and NOT let things spiral further.

6 Week Transformation Challenge 2.0?

I’m currently working hard on a brand new & upgraded version of our famous 6 week transformation program to be released in the new year.

To give you a little insight, self-awareness will be playing a HUGE part within the overall theme of the whole program, in fact our WHOLE OPERATION will be based on my findings from the last 3-4 years of studying the neuro-science of change.

It’s my feeling that mindset (or to be more specific, BRAIN-SET) is the future of the health & fitness industry. After all, your mind controls EVERYTHING

The biggest challenge for me, has always been HOW to implement this more advanced information to the public in a way that is understood and be easily implemented.

..Diet and exercise are much more black/white.

..Eat this or don’t eat this.

..Do these exercises NOT these.

Whereas if I asked you what % of time do you feel your reptilian brain is kicking off, we’re entering a very different conversation!

So the challenge is a big one but it’s 100% one I am eager to take.

Sure it will likely LOSE me followers in the future who only want me to pretend the hard & fast options really can work

but for the people that do “get it”

well you are in for one heck of a powerful and dare I say it, Transformational journey!
